We are an Indian family with a 3 year old who goes to daycare during the day. We need someone who will stay home during the week and help with household chores (cooking, laundry, tidying) during the morning, as well as babysit our son in the evening after he comes home from daycare (5-7). They can have a break during the afternoon when adults are working and kid is in daycare
