We're looking for a nanny or home-based daycare for our 11-month-old son -hoping to start as soon as possible. A little about him: he's a sweet boy who is transitioning to solids and needs someone patient and gentle with feeding. He also needs help with diaper changes and getting down for naps. so we're looking for a caregiver who can give him that individualized care. What we're looking for: • Experience with infants (feeding solids, diaper changing, nap routines) • Patient and nurturing approach • Reliable and available to start ASAP
