We are a work-from-home family in Surprise, Arizona, looking for a loving and attentive nanny to care for our 1-year-old daughter during the day. Both parents will be working from home, so we need someone responsible and nurturing who can provide focused, one-on-one care. Responsibilities: • Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of our daughter throughout the day • Feed meals and snacks according to her schedule and dietary needs • Follow and maintain her nap schedule • Engage in age-appropriate play, activities, and interaction to support her development • Light cooking for the baby (simple, healthy meals and snacks) • Keep her play area tidy and organized What We’re Looking For: • Prior experience caring for infants or toddlers (1+ year preferred) • Warm, patient, and nurturing personality • Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy • Comfortable working in a home where parents are present but busy • Basic knowledge of baby nutrition and feeding routines • CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
